ammittai's Journal, 22 December 2014

I have been feeling very frustrated. I have been eating between 1200 and 1500 calories per day pretty consistently for the past 2 months but have been going up and down the same 3-4 pounds without losing any more. So I have decided for the rest of this holiday week I am not going to log my calories or weigh myself or worry about what I am eating. That is not to say I am going to gorge myself or eat nothing but junk, but I am not going to stress over it. Come Monday, the chips will fall where they may and I will start fresh.

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 December 2014:

Many of us are doing the same thing Ammittai. Me and my sisters are just pushing the exercise up a bit. If we're gonna eat em lets burn em.

Oh and I too have been platueing for 3 months, but remember, its the body changes with gradual weightloss that stay off in the long run. Your body is just catching up. One of these days it will fall in line. Have faith in your mind! The mind is where its all being created. See yourself how you want to be in a year and keep seeing it every day. We'll get there together!

So true Kimberly Rae, so true. Relaxation is the other side that gets no press, but is equally important. Take the opportunity to de-stress, rest, and revel in the meaning of Christmas. You may come out the other side better than ever! 🎅

I had to give my body a "SHOCK" to get it to come out of the plateau stage....one day I ate well below my calories and then the next ate right at my calorie limit. I drank extra water and Kept Moving!!! and low and behold it worked I have finally began to lose weight again!!! You can do this!!! don't give up on yourself!!!

And the water is vital to feel satisfied easier and flush out any residual toxins from Christmas feasts.
