This past school week has been rough. out of the five clients i had this week, only one tipped me, and that immediately went into my car for gas money to get home. it did a number on my self esteem, even though i was really proud of all of the work i did, and i overate this weekend in an emotional response to it. i feel as though i'm back on track, but i suspect no loss in weight or in measurements because of it.

i bought a new tea and a gourmet "superfood" dark chocolate bar to make myself feel a bit better. the tea is mint cocoa and it's really good. haven't had the chocolate yet, but it's 72% dark(i LOVE dark chocolate but can only eat it in small amounts) and it has banana and coconut ash. i'm looking forward to it!
