Had a revelation this am.. So yesterday I'm wearing a short skirt to work.... Had a guy who works here walk up staring at my leg... I'm like uh what??? ... He says "umm you have some niiiiice legs... You can tell you jog"... I was flattered... Said thank u and moved on. So this morning stretching in front of the mirror before my jog... I was like damn girl... Look at your legs!! My calves are all cut up, thighs smoothing out... And even my butt looks lifted and perky... I was so wrapped up in weightless and calories that I didn't stop to see howy body was improving!!!... I had to look in the mirror for a few minutes to soak it all in lol...

I am not sure how the scale will look tomorrow... I feel bloating and puffy in the midsection and thinking TOM is near... But regardless my body is lookIng pretty good... And my biggest issue (legs)... Are slowly taking care of themselves... :)....

One of my buddies had a comment posted to their journal.. "this is not a race... This is your life"... And I will continue to enjoy this process and transformation regardless of what the scale says. I'm back 100% and won't let the scale deter my progress.

My BFF said to me yesterday "enjoy getting healthy... Look at you... You look amazing and are the healthiest you've ever been... " (I love my Kerry)... All this self doubt stops now.... I'm fkg hot bitches... :)
