RNIFer's Journal, 25 March 2022

Second round of covid kicked my butt early this year. I was only sick 4 days but my breathing while running just sucked. Finally got back on the peloton this week and having a much easier time on there. Should have done that sooner !! Needing all the encouragement and love from my FatSecret family! A body in motion stays in motion and when I don’t exercise my body really enjoyed it…however my clothes didn’t agree!! I wasn’t even myself and have felt so depressed. Anyway , missed you all and glad to be back.

Thank you for the reminder.... "a body in motion stays in motion....." I need to get into some kind of motion. I mean, I move, I work so I have plenty to do, but I need to add something! Again - thank you and STAY STRONG! 🌎 💪 🦺 🦄
