A late night entry. Was tired and a bit sore this morning, but pushed through with shoulders. I may have pulled something though. So hit the pool for a bit and the hot tub. It was a good work out.
Breakfast went well but then things went sideways. All kinds of fires to put out and lunch was on the run, so I did not eat the healthy food I had in my office, I ate junk food and fast food. Blew my calories with sone Aussie soft chew licorice.
Did another circuit training tonight and really pushed it. Guess the sugar from the licorice kicked in. So did the advil. It was a great cardio workout. But then dinner was potato salad and bratwursts, again, third night this week. Yes my wife made a HUGE amount of potato salad. I am now tired of it. Oh well tomorrow should be good.
