Good Morning Everyone, I hope that you all had a great weekend. Mine was very low key and nice. Other than trying to put up a few Halloween decorations out in the yard. If it could go wrong, it did, and as of yesterday I said screw it. We don't ever get any children anyway, plus it saves on the electricity.

Slowly getting back on track, I need to start taking my nighttime medicine a lot earlier, so that I can go to bed earlier and not want to snack so late at night. Between trying to drink more water, and not snack late at night, I am not sure which one is worse. I do know that they both are my down falls. Anyway, I am hoping that you all have a wonderful and blessed day !!!!!

I brush my teeth after dinner and use mouthwash. After that, nothing will taste good so I'm never tempted and also I would be too lazy to brush my teeth again LOL. You could try it, maybe it would help you too.

Eating at night has been one of the biggest obstacles for me too. I've been able to develop much better control in the past few months but it would be very easy to fall back into it like I used to do. Right now I tell myself "NO", you can't eat, you're on your fasting period. For the past week, other than this weekend, I've listened pretty good. Keep at it and have a great day.

Ditto! Very hard not to snack at night. I agree, there is just some times you do not want to drink all that water. But, we all know that these two things work well in our battle to lose weight. Snezica, good idea!

I'm too lazy to floss more than once, so flossing early in the evening keeps me from snacking. Anything that helps, right?! :-)

LOL!!!!!! That's one way to keep from late night snacking!!!!! I always brush my teeth early in the morning and before I go to bed.

I think I have the night eating under control once again ..... I have to be so careful!!!! That has been my biggest problem ... that and being out of ketosis .... so hard to get back this time!
