Well, I am down 0.4lbs today.....woot woot, that's 14 down since the beginning of August. I was hoping for a total of 20 by the end of September but seeing as I'm on vacation as of tomorrow afternoon, I know that won't happen. I will happily hover at my 168 weight, it's the least I've been in almost 10 years, so no complaints at all! I appreciate everyone's encouragement and ideas, without my buddies I think I'd probably not be as far as I am! You guys rock my socks! Woot Woot!
