I do the same thing of wanting to weigh in everyday--but i remember what i used to tell my clients over the years i was their stockbroker---if u look everyday or even worse watch your stocks on cnbc u will go crazy and may make a kneejerk reaction to daily/hourly fluctuations----check it monthly---watch the trends--same with weight--maybe more than monthly tho haha...its funy tho when i weigh in i go to publix supermarket--same scale everytime---but i take ooff my shoes--my wallet---my watch ect just trying to get an edge on my weight--a guy watched me doing my ritual and said REALLY? just shaking his head as he walked away laughing-----sorta reminds me how when i was a kid id always take off my shoes and socks when i raced another guy to the tree and back.....thinkn i was wayyy faster without them...silly huh? ps--i weigh twice a week and always commando lol.
