Today went well. Haven't had as much junk today. Drank a lot of water and only one diet dp. That stuff is horrible, but I had to get my caffeine fix. Hoping to switch over to tea ASAP. About to start dinner. Nothing special tonight. Just a sandwich, a few chips, and some fruit. (Have to get rid of the junk food slowly).
