Every night about 7:30 I want something sweet. I don't know what the deal is, but it's getting old. I'm wish I had a way to overcome it. Any suggestions?

Plan to do something away from food. Two - Three o'clock in the afternoon is my worst time and I can think to do is stay busy away from food.

Try instead of eating something sweet, drinking some tea without sugar , or try to eat some fruit, but if you can't resist the best option would be jelly , because it is low calories and the best part sweet. I like too eat someting sweet at night too, so usualy i make tea, and it helps me to lose the desire of eating something at night... Good luck

I deal with the same issue. I crawl in bed with a cup of dry cereal and then go get more.

Thanks for the tips. I've tried the fruit thing and that will help sometimes. I've been looking on Pinterest for some low cal recipes too for those times when I just can't shake it. I need to get some Jell-o and sugar free pudding cups!

I chew Orbit sugarfree gum. It satisfies my sweet tooth.

I have the same issue and I have started drinking Mandarian tea during this time period. It helps with the craving and it's all natural.
