You're not kidding. Wonderful. Fortunately you've got the before pictures. I wouldn't let anyone take mine. Just have an old robe that I could hardly button across my belly that is my testament to 246lbs. I trip over it now.

What was your diet? You have nothing written down in your food & exercise diary.

Thanks Snail! I counted (and am counting) calories. I weigh all my servings so I know it's accurate. My portion control was completely skewed, and of course, I simply over ate.
I reduced my calorie intake drastically (1200-1500) for the first 3ish months and have added calories since. Food has consisted of "everything the Dr.s say we should eat". Veggies, fruits, egg whites, black beans, low fat dairy, chicken, fish, ect.... After the 1st 3 months, I started to concentrate on having more protein at the expense of some fruits and veggies because I didn't want to lose any muscle.
In terms of exercise, I increased that 10 fold. I ride my mountain bike and I lift weights/resistance train as well, because I didn't want to have any loose skin, so I figured I had better replace that ugly fat volume with muscle.
I didn't have any surgery, I didn't take any supplements outside of a Mens 1-a-Day vitamin, and lately BCAA amino acids for muscle growth and recovery.
That's the short of it!

OK how do you lose 108 pounds in seven months and not have any loose skin? I hate you. (kidding!) I did read how you did it, still it's almost unbelievable. I am very impressed.
