I'm feeling a lot better today! Stress has been squashed like a bug! I did an extra 90-minute Ashtanga yoga session last night and it really cleared my head and set my intention for the rest of the week and beyond:

I will get through at least 3 more chapters of my Personal Trainer Manual by the end of the week! I will purchase stacks of index cards to make flash cards for the anatomy/physiology content I have been been deliberately avoiding and have those cards filled out by the end of next week. I will dedicate Sundays to advance food prep (instead of Netflix binge-watching Lost and/or Breaking Bad on the couch with The Sig-O). I will go to bed one hour earlier, and get up one hour earlier, in an effort to maximize my daytime working hours. I will ask for help (I'm REALLY bad at asking for help!) from The Sig-O when I'm feeling overwhelmed with food/house to-do items. I will engage in "self-care" on a daily basis (meditation, journaling, dry brushing, 4-minute "dance parties", non work-related reading, etc.) for 30 minutes a day. I will cut myself some slack when I'm not "perfect" everyday (something I've struggled with all of my life) and still have items remaining on my to-do list. I will acknowledge how far I've come instead of how far I have left to go on my path towards a life filled with health, joy, and vitality.

*deep breath*
That feels better. :)
