What a bad week. I knew I should have tried to stick to my diet more, but I was on vacation and wanted to try some new things. I was hoping to maintain what I have started losing so far, but it looks like I gained a little. I will find out how much tomorrow with my official weigh in. But it looks like I gained 6 pounds. It looks like I need this website more than I thought. It really keeps me in check. I was in a very rustic area, and limited electricity, but it's no excuse. I knew I was going, and I should've watched everything a little closer. Today, I will start up again with everything, but exercise may be a problem. I thought I might have broken my surgically repaired foot, but it looks like it is a really bad sprain. I have a really sore tendon, at least I hope it's a tendon. If it doesn't feel better soon I will go to my foot doctor to make sure I didn't really screw something up. I may take it easy on the exercise for a week or so, just to give my foot some rest, but as soon as it feels better, I'm 100% back on the wagon. But for now, eating healthy and being mindful about what I put in my body is my main concern again. I love a good vacation, but that doesn't stop the weight from coming back.
