I was SO proud of myself yesterday. Michael's "little friend" (and I do use that term lovinly) Cory comes to stay the night every sat. And he ALWAYS buys us dinner and sweets and stuff that I really don't need. They were drinking last night though, so I said let's make some chicken soft tacos instead. Healthier than what we usually do and so delicious! And, I'm learning how to go a little lighter on the food until he shows up. If I still watch it, then I can still enjoy without feeling bad about myself. It was wonderful! I had such a good time because I wasn't denying myself OR feeling guilty the next couple of days.
