Yikes I overate at dinner but it was all meat. For some reason I was super hungry but then I overate. Wouldn't surprise me if it's hidden carbs in the burgers and hot dogs.

The food was brought in from "outside sources" and I just ate meat and salad but who knows.

On the plus side I made somores in the oven with gigantic gooey marshmallows (lightening storm so no fire) and didn't touch one. And yeah, I wanted to "touch" about 4 of them.

I woke up...it's 2 am...checked my blood sugar it's only 81...so even though I cut down my insulin it's still surprisingly low. I also have a stomach ache from too much dang dinner.

I'm not really complaining about it - just talking about how I am feeling.
