Does maintenance ever get easy?

Feeling low.

Had a bad dream that I was fired from my job. Things have been tense, lately.

Ate too much cereal last night for dinner. Feeling stuffed and blocked. Drinking lots of water and praying for some relief.

Why don't you try intuitive eating. It suppose to be the best for weight maintenance.
