Bought some Magnesium gel type vitamins yesterday in hopes of helping with my constipation and sleeping problem yesterday. Took one not long before bed and as it seems I got no relief on either side. I'm hoping that it's one of those that you have to take for a little bit to work and with maybe some adjustments( maybe?) The prescription my doctor gave me for lactulose works somewhat but think it's making me feel sick to my stomach and I like to use as natural products as much as possible..
