Last couple of days my calories intake has been blown up. Some family in town, and running all over the area on endless errands, which meant a lot of eating out. The saving grace was lifting weights was finally back on track. Able to lift comfortably again. My low back issue stopped flaring up forearm soreness still there but not as great. A mixed bag for the week. Unfortunately even more family arrives tomorrow so not much of a reprieve
