Back in the groove after a long weekend spent with old friends eating and drinking... lots.

Feeling good this morning and wondering what the scale will show tomorrow AM on weigh in day. Just back from a killer Spinning class.

And then... it's off on a business trip Sun-Tues. with more meals cooked not by me and opportunities for social hours (read: cocktails and snacks.)

Looking forward to this trip and it being over. It is the last trip for the Springand then it looks like I'll be home till August, thank God.
