It’s been awhile since I have journaled. This was a good week. The first week I was able to lift at the gym everyday and without pain. The soreness I am feeling now is good. Looking forward to progressing again with lifting. Still using some lighter weights when forearm involved as it is still somewhat tender but I am exercising.
Eating has improved too. Back to better lunches and changed up breakfast. Dinners still the wild card as they are out of my control. Whatever wife makes I eat. Sometimes I can measure it out most of the time I have to just guess. Doing well and looking forward to the 4th.
