Good Tuesday Afternoon my FS pals.

Life is getting somewhat back to normal. I've had to cut back a bit on my exercise to try to let my back injury heal. The pain is less severe, and the back pain is limited to a small area in the lower spine, but the referred groin pain is still pretty annoying. However, its manageable with aspirin and the occasional Tylenol. Hopefully, it'll fully recover in the next couple of weeks so that I can get back to a heavier workout schedule. In the meantime, its just walking the dogs several miles most days and not much else.

I'm less than 10 days from the 1 year anniversary of this diet and exercise lifestyle adjustment. I've been in maintenance mode since early January and that's been working out exceptionally well. Now that tax season has ended, I'd like to start firming up again. I might start edging my weight downward a bit more. Possibly another 6 - 10 lbs, but I'm going to take it slowly and work at maintaining muscle mass while losing weight. My ultimate goal remains to lower my body fat percentage by reducing fat, building muscle or both.
