I am going to give this a try again ( Healthy Eating ). This time I am going to start little by little you know baby steps. I have quit so many times, I don't know if this time it would be different than the others but I will give it my best. I see other people exercising , eating better , losing weight and I think maybe I don't want to lose weight bad enough... I do ! I need to stop feeling sorry for myself and making excuses. Is time to do something about it. This time I wont give up so easily ! ... Scratch that .. I won't give up !
