do 20/4 or OMAD. Gives me a choice everyday. Within those two choices I get quite quickly a clear indicator of how I am doing. I left those choices behind for a dinner party on Sunday evening and didn't look back until this morning. All I can get from the experience I will try to enumerate here.
- Carb loaded food still blows up my world.
- Thinking gets defensive.
- Cannot get enough tastes and textures
- Confusing cravings emerges
- negative mental thinking- perusing old wounds
- Rationalize how this overeating episode is
affecting me.
- I interacted with no one.
- Fall asleep at 10pm exhausted
- It took me four years to get here YET I know a still need a
fresh start. I am not cured. Cannot overlook the obvious
message here for myself.
----fresh vigilant start on this.🥑 CALM. KETO ON.
