Thanks to the 'daily accountability' challenge, I see that I need to up the water, fiber and exercise. I'm heading out for a few days of camping at Cape Cod with family. I'm sure there will be some food temptations there. I'm bringing my own supplies, so we'll see how I do. I should have internet, so I'll keep recording my progress, but weigh in will have to wait 5 days.
