Daddy Manatee's Journal, 12 May 2021

I am so sore today!! Leg day yesterday. They also ran us through the ringer at the karate class. Plus the workout Monday. To add to my fatigue, the AC in my truck went out so a two hour drive with it in and out can drain you in this heat we are having.
Toss in a couple bad nights sleep and going to the gym is a huge task to do today. But I am up ready to swim and trying Tingey the kids up too. They are also sore from the karate workout.
