Tried to make up for the superbowl yesterday by moving as much as I could and eating correctly. It's easy the first day after binging. Going back feels like no prob at all. But, for me at least, the hard part is day three. Because my body rebels and says why can't we do it again? So, while I'm doing good yesterday and (hopefully) today....I'm not looking forward to day three!

You are so awesome to have hopped back into eating healthy again! I know it sometimes is hard for me too.
Why not plan all your meals for Day 3? (if it's your challenging day) Then it's all set, there's no opportunity to change, because you've got a plan... and a plan that you're happy with!!
The other thing that helps me is staying busy. When I'm busy, I hardly notice the time going by, and before I know it, the day's over, and my eating for the day was awesome!

I am right with you Bekka. I ate horribly. But this day 2 of me being back and though I'm a bit discouraged Iam more determined than ever.
