My shoulders hurt something fierce today. Was on a punching bag a lot Thursday and after 5 min my arms and shoulders hurt and felt as if they were lead weights. Yesterday was shoulder day and also my de-load week so the weights were light but I am sure feeling it today. Been here 2 months now and have lost 5 pounds and holding steady. Still have a ways to go to reach my goal and then I’m sure I’ll want to take a few more pounds off that too. Glad I found this site as the checking in and recordings released big helps in keeping me focused.
