Just had my second body scan. According to that I have lost 8.5lbs in the last month. It also says I have lost nearly 2lbs in muscle! What? I’ve been lifting regularly, but I have noticed a decrease in actual strength. My % body fat is is down 1%. Mixed results for the first check so I can now make adjustments. Should I increase calories? I am going to recalculate what my intake should be. I have been below my earlier calculation which was also factoring a calorie deficit. Perhaps I am not eating enough.
