I weight myself this morning. Up 0.5lbs, but I doubt I will mark it. The gain has something to do with eating "who's your daddy", a meal consisting of fries, coleslaw and a burger with 2lbs beef patties, quarter pound of cheese, etcetera. The weight of tomorrow should be back to normal again.

Yeah, probably it will, or in few days anyway. I don’t write down any gaining myself, it would just make me too aware of not weighing even a bit more than last time, in an unhealthy way. I’m too competitive or smth like that. Not a good thing on weight loss, when doing it the healthy way. I’m here to lose and I’m losing weight anyway, question is just how much and when. Lost a lot of fluids when I started, so I don’t mind that much, that I ”gained” some of it back, it’ll go down on it’s own now anyway, this time just being actual fat, instead of fluids. I’ll write my numbers down only when they’re lower than the ones I wrote down last time. For me, it should now be in a week or so. No reason to panic about numbers, when you know why they’re the way they are. Your hamburger is huge by the way. I’m already so accustomed of eating mostly veggies, looking a thing like that is enough, I don’t even wanna think about how would it make me feel if I’d eat that. Probably just heavy and tired. Sorry for typos and stuff, my phone speaks finnish and claims it’s all spelled wrong. Tried to see what is for real, but am not so sure of finding all of them.

You wrote just fine. 😊 I only gained .4kg or 1lb, so I was surprised about that one... But I don't like my graph going up and down all the time, so if tomorrow is lower, I'm just not gonna record today to keep it cleaner 😁

That’s cool, you don’t have to lie, and you can still make the numbers work the way you like them best.
