I've lost 5 pounds!!! Well, technically three from my starting weight, but since I went up....I've lost 5 pounds!!!! It makes it all worth it! All the counting and measuring and not eating what I want when I want....it's all worth it. I'm just so excited! I can't believe it! If I can do 5, then I can do 10, and it's only 5 difference to 15 which is practically next door to 20.....I can't wait!
