Made it through my TOM and lost some weight. Thank goodness for fat bombs. The fat and coco powder stopped a few cravings. Tomorrow my mom wants to walk the flea market with me and my son. Usually by the time we're done my feet are killing me. I don't mind the walking but up and down every aisle twice is a bit much. And no healthy food there. I will bring a snack at least and make a bit of extra breakfast beforehand. Wish me luck!
