200 lbs again today. thank god it's holding. I am looking forward and fully expecting a drop to under 200 by the end of this month. The curry I am eating seems to be helping me along. :) I have not been eating enough veggies over the past couple of days. it's the ketosis factor because I don't have the room in my stomach. I will be going to the doctor to get a check up. I expect to leave with lab requisitions. need to check my hormones to see if I am truly in premenopausal stage. hope you all have a great day.

Best of luck, and not being funny but I hope you post some info on what the doctor said because I have been going through premenopausal stage for about a year now and very interested to learn new things about it. If that was to personal I am sorry and you never have to share anything you do not want to. Ok stopping now before I stick both feet in my mouth.

Good luck with the doc. I'm past the menopause thing, but will be taking HRTs for the rest of my life I think. The weight graph is looking pretty fantastic - WTG!

hi Sherrie, the doctor ordered a bunch of tests including all the normals hormonal stuff and a pelvic / uterine ultrasound. I have a followup in three weeks at which time I will have a pelvic exam and discuss next steps.
