I decided to lower my "goal" weight to 160 even thought the Dr said I was fine at 165. I am still losing weight and I think I can actually get to my original goal of 155, which is still 10 pounds heavier than i was at my wedding. I still have some stomach fat I would like to switch to muscle, if I can. If nothing else it will keep me just slightly below that 165 goal that the Dr suggested.

Nothing wrong with setting new goals and always improving. You have a great mind set about all this so I know you will do great!

I's important that we choose a weight with which we are personally satisfied (within healthy boundaries which is the case) so I think that's a good decision. :)
