Daddy Manatee's Journal, 01 April 2021

A slog of a day today. Physically exhausted all day and had to push through everything I did. Woke up early, had a short devotional, got kids ready to Swim and off to the gym. Marco Polo helped to get me going but weight lifting drained me. Back day. My sore elbow didn’t help either.
Was dragging at work but made it through. Even went to karate tonight which I had myself convinced I was too tired to attend. So I am ending the day realizing I made it through. The mental toughness was there and I am not known for mental fortitude.
