Well I am not sure if I will go to the gym today, due to it being so nasty outside with the icy,rainy,snow coming down. Have to admit I am kinda glad because yesterday I Rowed 10,000 meters on the row machine and I still feel it. Who knows I might get a wild hair and go just to keep going. Hope all is well with everyone, and I hope you have a great day.
