Yesterday was one of the easiest days that I have experianced so far. It was beautiful! I was feeling really good about myself too, until I weighed myself and realized that all the fun of last weekend caught up to me.
I refuse to regreat it. I can't spend my live doing shoulda coulda woulda. I'm just gonna try to refocus and try to see the light at the end of the tunnel

Good for you not letting that dang scale get the best of you...it won't always be your friend short-term, but if you continue moving forward it will be in the long term! Hang in there!
