Today has been a quiet but stressful day. Yesterday I went out for lunch, and made me sick; I have got used to cooking since I started my regimen, so now my stomach doesn't seem to easily accept some food (fair enough, I was eating pizza). Also the zumba session I did yesterday felt so great and so easy to do that I put extra effort on it to dance with stronger movements, like my trainer. It felt awesome... yesterday.

This night/early morning my legs and arms were hurting, especially the legs! you could really feel that the Zumba was worth it; but that pain + the stomach issues made me be awake most of the night. Therefore, today I worked from home. I have been pretty much a potato in bed, not moving more than a couple of times, when needing some food (and I haven't been very hungry) or water.

Still, I have been working a lot and I hope I can finish soon. Exercising today is not a plan at all, I better let my body rest today, and go back to my exercises tomorrow and sunday; I feel like my body is asking for a rest.

The trainer I worked with on Monday recommends 72 hours between hard workouts. Especially since we are no longer 20.
