Having a good morning. Didn’t lie around in bed too long, got up and started prepping for the day. Kids up and getting ready to go swim and discovered the van doors were left open all night, and it rained. Oh well.
Had a good workout yesterday. Was not feeling it till about half way through. I did manage to increase weight on one the lifts. Also had a good nap yesterday afternoon, something I don’t do often enough. Must have needed the extra sleep because I have been feeling great since.
