Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday....

Another zwift ride in for the day...easy on the elevation today...was just about giving my legs a different workout then yesterday’s ride...change is good...keeps the boredom down..kept thinking with the storms outside...power might go off...but was lucky...a lot of lag in servers today with the rain and storms going thru....

Ate to much salt yesterday...could tell this morning ...but...water already going in...

Rain all day again...with temps in 50s falling down to 30 tonight...but was looking 7 days ahead...nice days ahead...

What's your new weight goal? Your profile says 295 lbs., but I'm guessing that was just the first one. Nice job on the ride today!

Actually dont really have a set goal..my body is my guide...

As i continue to ride..and keep better track of food..im sure to see better results...todays ride i beat an achievement on zwift i set in 2017...

285 was my weight I was at in maintenance...but even in maintenance...life changes...and your still going to find it hard to stay in the zone...the 285 is what my low was at the time....
