The PMS madness continues! When the demon rears its ugly head today I am going to try to drown it with lemon water all day. I also plan to be out after breakfast. When i am busy the monster stays calm and i hardly notice it. ROAR! It's on! I will not alow it to derail me.

The scale gave me another pound today so I am down to 204 lbs. The interesting thing about it is that yesterday my carbs were the highest they have been in a little while. Is that a sign that I need to be at that level? Is it a result of the clean eating I've been doing prior? Is it because I had a great night's sleep? Is it simply the scale throwing me a bone so that I don't lose hope or focus during the PMS attack? Whatever it is I am glad it hapoened while I am under attack because my determination got a bit stronger and I am ready for battle.

I am eating lots of meat today and will keep the carbs under control I.e. no berries today. I will see how it goes over the next few days. Have a great day all. :)

I had three perfect weeks with my carbs under one hundred every day with absolutely no loss or gain. Lately ive been having up to one hundred fifty grams of carbs per day and im losing. Not sure why, but im going to go with it until it stalls again. Good luck with the TOM, light hot cocoa and hersheys special dark are my secret weapons when cravings arrive.

So my carbs should be under 100 daily? If so what should the protein and fiber intake be on average per day???

You're very welcome Jenn!! There is no perfect set carb level, but lots of people have better loss with lower carbs Tred. Like I said though, I'm having better results with Carbs around 130-150. I try to keep my protein between 80-100, fiber is recommended at 25g/day, but I almost never make that without a supplement. :-)

You're doing so great! You've inspired me to try ketosis (still not sure I can handle it). . .. . Won't know till I try . .. Jenn do you add anything to your coleslaw or is it just the raw cabbage plain?

Hey Tulip: I am almost barebones with my coleslaw ... I have only coconut oil (MCT Coconut Salad Oil which does not ever go to solid form) drizzled on it. I also cook it up with ground beef to make "crackslaw" (my perfect low carb high protein, fat meal). Ketosis really works for me ... getting there can be tough but it's worth it once I am there :)
