I've been exercising very well this week, and following the eating plan reasonably well. I already feel like I have less of a gut than before, and I fit some pants more easily. 5 pounds down, 10 to go!

I know what you mean about having a smaller gut than before. It's a great motivator. Congratualtions on your progress. You are a third of the way to your goal! Not too much longer and you'll be saying "I did it!".
