I hope my scale is right! I wasn't planing to weight myself for a week, but I am weak and I ate a Baconator ... Yeah i know ! I feel very guilty about , so I need it some motivation and I decided to check my weight.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 February 2014:
1530 kcal Fat: 93.25g | Prot: 103.85g | Carb: 71.60g.   Breakfast: Onions, Spectrum Coconut Spray Oil, Jalapeno Peppers, Mustard Spinach (Tendergreen), Hormel Original Canadian Bacon, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), American Heritage Cheddar cheese, shredded. Lunch: Tomatoes, BEL GIOIOSO BEL GIOIOSO fresh mozzarella. Dinner: Wendy's Garden Side Salad, Wendy's Son of Baconator. Snacks/Other: Tanimura & Antle Green Onion, Great Value Hamburger Dill Chips Pickles, Cooked Mustard Greens, Kraft Mayo, Great Value Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Celery. more...
