Back in the gym today - yay! Finally! It was hard, and I had to rearrange my schedule to make it happen, but I'm so proud I did!

I've been totally off track this past week, sick and trying to get back in the saddle. I'm back to normal (pretty much) now..

Objectively speaking, I'm really happy with most of the food choices I've been making, with some exceptions. I'm slowly getting better. I know if I stay consistent with the exercise I will break the 180 barrier I've run up against. I haven't been past 179 in over a year. I would love to get to 178 within the next 3 weeks!

This week I drank way too much coffee.. but I felt like I really needed it for some reason. Usually I do decaf with splenda, but for the first time in my life I bought this international cafe crap.. but it tasted so good! Have been pulling all nighters working on my dissertation and this crap coffee is getting me through it.
181.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
