Today is my free day! How nice it is to be able to go to dunkin donuts guilt free! But, as usual, processed foods and calorie-rich foods don't taste nearly as good as you think they will - I tend to get tummy aches on free days, and I'm already looking forward to eating "clean" tomorrow.. but, still, I enjoy the freedom of eating things I love today (sushi to come later!)
I'm pretty happy with my first week back on body for life. I stuck to my work outs, used the exercise sheets. I went from 185 to 181.8. Not bad for a week's work. I'd love to break the 179 mark next week.
