I'm drinking 8 glasses of water. I never drink water so I put an app on my phone to remind me to DRINK and I'm eating breakfast now. I never ate breakfast.
In one week I gained 3 of the 3lbs back that I lost. Bummed.
I'm using the fat secret system on my droid phone. I scan everything and weight or measure everything also. I'm eating 400 calorie meals. I am going to the gym 3X a week for one hour and walking on the days I don't go to the gym.
In four days here is what my averages have been:
CALORIES: 845 PER DAY
FATS: 43 PER DAY
CARBS: 129 PER DAY.
*WHY THEN AM I NOT LOOSING WEIGHT???
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

because honestly 845 calories is not enough to sustain your body, plus putting exercise demands on it to boot! Great job on fitting in Bkfst, oh so important, I think...and awesome job on keeping your meals reasonable ... try shooting for 3 smaller meals, 2 snacks and a total of 15-1600 Calories a day...along w/ the exercise, and water, and I bet it will all start to kick into gear! Good luck to ya!!!
