Tonight was super hard to work out. I had so many excuses: It was cold. It was snowing. I'm sick. I was tired. I have work to do. My boyfriend was acting like a jerk (well actually that's a reason to work out). But, I forced myelf to go. I jogged - but more slowly than I had planned, because my body was totally exhausted. But I was so proud that I completed the session.
