I am getting used to my 3 meals and potato plan. Still trying to adjust the size of the portion and the macros. If I do not have enough carbs I feel too hungry without a snack. If I get a bigger portion by volume, I am uncomfortably full. I bought turkey breast as I cannot figure out better way to add just protein. Also it is high in tryptophan. I don't like turkey breast, but this particular brand is OK. I sleep better and have more energy during the day. The scale moved today, but I do not want to record any weight loss until the weight in day. Let us see if the trend continues. So far I am glad, I tried this approach. I slept well for a week and recovered from my winter blues. We are what we eat, and I always believed in the healing power of food.
