A bit disappointed in myself - my eating yesterday was a bit atrocious. I went to a sporting event, and indulged in nachos (only ate half though..) and a drink. That was my dinner. Not great.. but I don't think I totally blew my caloric intake. That said, I'm still disappointed in myself
