John10251's Journal, 17 December 2020

I realize my post aren't that exciting. In fact, I know they can be consistently boring. I'm just grateful to wake up every morning to see a new day. I'm planning on a lazy rest day today after I do chest and abs. Yesterday I ate under goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF unchanged // BW↓0.4#
Have a great day Everyone!!!

Boring to you may not be boring to someone else. Also, sometimes boring is underrated.

John, it's your journal and your journey. Doesn't matter at all what anyone else thinks.

I wouldn’t read it if it was boring. It is fun to see what people are doing and working on. This whole site is filled with amazing people, you’re one of them!😊

At this particular time in all of our lives there is nothing wrong with stable and boring.— I also like reading how people are coping and still moving forward as best they can.

Thanks Everyone. I'm not dissatisfied with my journal. It's that I know they frequently read the same day after day. I enjoy reading everyone's journal and appreciate everyone here. Thanks for the encouragement and have a great day!!!
