OH MY GOSH, ok IT box (scale) on the floor I'm going to stomp on you tomorrow if you don't behave! IT is creeping up again but this time it is not just a 'creep' it is a JUMP and I don't like it! IT showed 157.4 this morning.....uh that can't be right, I stepped on, gently at first, again and yup it showed 157.4. I didn't post it on the 'weigh in' box, just wrote it on my daily calendar for now to see if it evens out in the next day or so. Well I did have a BIG steak with veggies last night, later than my usual dinner time plus 2 helpings of yogurt (through out the day) which is more than I usually indulge in. AND the book does say if you have a stall to cut down or out the dairy for a couple days and maybe just do protein. I've been alternating the protein days with protein plus veggie days as the book says to do in this stage, but I must admit I probably overdid the dairy. So I am going to try to control my craving for my yogurt today and maybe not have as much protein as I have been (no giant steaks today). I have to be able to get back to watching my portion control. That is my biggest weakness. I also need to exercise every day which I've been lacking on. Today a friend wants to take me to dinner and she likes to eat,,,,,,,oh goodness I hope I can stay on my woe/wol. Take care to ALL in FS-Land :-)
